Nothing here is a price or an offer
We do not publish prices on this site. Every spa is built to order, so what you pay depends on the model, the colors and the options you choose.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, a quote, or a binding price. That includes any savings or promotion we advertise here.
A price becomes real when we give it to you in writing at your in-home visit, and it applies to the model and options written on it. A promotion may be limited in time or in number, and may carry its own conditions.
An order becomes binding when both sides sign a purchase agreement. That document, not this website, sets out what you are buying and on what terms.
Product information comes from the manufacturer
The specifications, features, dimensions, seat counts, jet counts and warranty terms shown on this site are supplied by the manufacturer.
Manufacturers change their products. Specifications and features are subject to change without notice, and a model may be revised or discontinued after we publish a page about it.
We work to keep these pages accurate, but we cannot promise that every detail is current or free of error. Confirm anything that matters to your decision with us before you order, and check it against the purchase agreement.
Optional features are described as optional because they are. A photograph may show a spa fitted with options that are not part of the standard build.
Colors and images
Color samples and product photographs on this site are representations only. They may vary from the finished product.
Screens differ, and so do lighting conditions. A shell or cabinet color can look noticeably different on your phone than it does in your backyard in the afternoon.
Ask to see real color samples at your in-home visit before you choose. That is the only reliable way to pick a color combination.
Lifestyle photographs are provided to show the product in use. Landscaping, decking, furniture and accessories shown around a spa are not included with it.

Francis Jordan Hot Tub Company, LLC is not an agent or employee of SCP Pool Corporation or any of its subsidiaries. Specifications and features are supplied by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Color samples shown are representations only and may vary from the finished product.
In plain terms, we are our own business. We sell, deliver and service the product, and we answer for our own work. We do not speak on the manufacturer's behalf, and the manufacturer is not responsible for statements we make.
The manufacturer's written warranty is the manufacturer's document, and its terms govern what it covers. Anything we say about coverage on this site is a summary, not a replacement for that document.

You may read these pages, print them, and share links to them for your own use.
Please do not copy the text, photographs or layout of this site for another business, scrape the site with automated tools, or try to interfere with how it runs.
