How to think about size
Seat count is the first thing most people ask about. It matters, but not as much as you think. What matters more is how the seats are arranged.
A lounge model has one seat you can stretch out in, almost lying down. It is the best seat in the tub for a sore back. It also takes up the room of about one extra person.
A bench model gives everyone the same upright seat. You fit more people in the same footprint. If your tub is going to hold a crowd, choose the bench.
So a 91 inch tub seats six with a lounger, or seven without one. Same shell, same jets, different seating. Neither is better. They are built for different nights.
About the jets
Jet counts range from 25 to 63 across these models. More jets is not automatically better. Placement is what you feel.
Each model mixes several jet types. Some spin, some pulse, some push a straight stream. Every product page lists the exact mix so you can see what you are getting.
On the 220 volt models the pumps are true three horsepower, continuous duty. That is why they need a 60 amp circuit where much of the industry asks for 50. We would rather tell you the honest number.
Power at the pad
Most of these models run on a 220 volt, 60 amp circuit. You will need an electrician to run that line before we deliver.
One model is different. The five person plug and play tub runs on a standard 110 volt outlet. No electrician, no new circuit. If your yard has an outlet and you want to skip the wiring, start there.

Sizing a hot tub from photos is hard. We show you the hot tubs we have for sale in Phoenix at your own house, then look at your gate, your pad and your power.
Questions
We do not have a showroom. We come to your home instead, with everything you need to choose. You get our full attention and nobody is working a sales floor around you.
About six to seven weeks from the day you order. Four to six of those weeks are production, because your tub is built after you order it, in the colors you chose.
A level pad, usually concrete, and the electrical run to where the tub will sit. We will tell you exactly what to arrange on our visit, and we will remind you as your delivery date gets close.
Our own crew. They unwrap it in your yard and set it in place. They fit the accessories and make the final electrical connection. Then they fill it, start it, and add the first chemicals. Nobody leaves until you know how to run it.
Our own service team handles it. We do not hand your tub to a subcontractor. The hot tubs carry a 15 year shell structure warranty, with 3 years on components and labor and 3 years on plumbing.
No. Every tub is built to order and the price depends on the model, the colors and the options you choose. We bring you a written price at your visit, with no obligation.
