Far out is not the same as too far
Rio Verde sits northeast of the valley, past Fountain Hills and out on its own. Getting here takes a while from almost anywhere.
Some companies price that distance in. We sell Rio Verde hot tubs on the same terms as anywhere closer in.
Our person drives out, measures your space, and leaves a written price. There is no delivery surcharge waiting at the end of it.
Room to put a spa exactly where you want it
Lots out this way are large and open. Rio Verde hot tubs rarely have to squeeze into a narrow strip beside the house.
That makes the long swim spas realistic. Nineteen feet is a hard conversation in town and a fairly easy one out here.
Open ground also means wind and dust. A cover and a sensible position matter more here than in a walled suburban yard.
Twelve models to look at
Hot tubs seating three to nine people, and swim spas from thirteen to nineteen feet, all built to order.
Water, power and planning ahead of the truck
Not every property here is on a city water line. Some households have water delivered, so filling Rio Verde hot tubs takes a little planning.
We ask about that early rather than on the day. If your water arrives by truck, we work the fill around your schedule.
Power is the other question. Most models need a dedicated 220 volt circuit, and one runs from a standard household outlet instead.
Rio Verde questions worth asking
Yes. Rio Verde is on our regular map, not an exception we make. The same person visits, the same crew delivers, and the same technicians handle service afterwards.
It depends on the model, and we give you the exact figure for the one you choose before you order. That way you can plan the fill properly, whatever your water source is.
Not really, but the starting water matters. Our valet service takes care of your chemistry for the first three months, which is usually when people learn what their own water does.
Swim spa shells carry a twenty year structure warranty, with five years on plumbing, five on the equipment system, three on components and labor, and one on other parts.
